Welcome to the next New Manga Shout Out. This weekly article introduces you to manga that are new and/or have not been scanlated yet. After the world unification wars, the Kingdom of Neosphere has gradually led an era of decline. The once "Holy Kingdom" now lacks the resources or personnel to repair its own E-technology, and the E-Ships that connect its commerce to the land-bound countries have declined in numbers. The newly anointed Queen of Neosphere, realizing that her country needs help, issued a summoning letter to the father of E-technology Prospero Flanka. He could not make the summons, so he sent his granddaughter, Nanoka. Nanoka has grown up with her grandfather's inventions and golems, proving to be able to help rebuild Neosphere.

Sagara Masamune is a manga author who isn't very successful, and it's looking like it's time to end his battle manga. To go for an unexpected ending, he plans to kill off the main heroine, Nina, in a dramatic way. As he works on his manga, he is mysteriously sucked into the pages. Now he's trapped in the world of his own creation, with his protagonists, exorcists Haru and Nina. He doesn't really get what's happening, but he thinks concluding the manga, which involves orchestrating Nina's death, might get him back home.

Kageyama Shigeo (a.k.a. "Mob") is a 8th grader with psychic abilities. Now, the only thing he wants is to become friends with a girl in his class, Tsubomi. With his psychic "mentor" (who has no psychic powers), he continues his daily life, attempting to realize his purpose in life.

Even when he has a sexual encounter with a girl who seems to like him, Lisa, its still unimpressive next to his friends' exploits. He has a hard time coping with discovering his sexuality and with the idea that his childhood friend Momoko is now a young woman with a sexual appetite of her own.
