Welcome to the next New Manga Shout Out. With the no-raws/scans rule on MH, you have to work a bit to find these mangas. A Collection of 5 Short Stories:

1) Lost Princess: A brash, mysterious adventurer arrives in a certain town and hears that a really pretty lady's younger sister has been kidnapped by a monster. Soon enough, he's off to rescue the girl, and hopefully impress her pretty older sister!

2) Yomikiriban Kekkaishi: A teenage boy has a supernatural heritage. He specializes in dealing with demons, but he balances his duties with more ordinary interests. When his neighbor, Hana, goes missing, it will be up to him to find her!

3) Fake: A boy has a supernatural left hand that can paint a fake of anything. That goes for paintings and even actual objects. However, the fakes dissolve not long after they are created. He loves painting, but, because of his power, he has to paint using only his right hand. He can use his ability both to help others, and for personally justifiable art crime...

4) Birthday: When Hiroshi was little, he used to say that heroes were cool. On his 15th birthday, his overenthusiastic parents got an extraordinary present for him. It's an item that will turn him into a hero, though in a way he has never wanted!

5) Yami no Naka: Two adventurers come to a village full of creepily enthusiastic townspeople, who encourage them to go and vanquish a monster. But do the townspeople really want them to kill a monster, or are they just setting them up as a sacrifice?

But what scares Koichi the most is that the dreams he is having might be reality!

1) Ikiru: A samurai with a tragic past and no future meets a woman who is attempting to kill herself. Together, they try to build a new life.. but is his past dangerous enough to steal any happiness they may find?

2) Sukedachi: A samurai comes across a young woman who asks him to help her take vengeance for the death of her husband. He agrees, against his better judgement. He knows that if she learns a certain fact about him, things could go very badly...

3) Kaiun: Kazuma is a guy who seems to have no luck. However, he thinks things are finally going well when he finds himself with a lovely woman named Aya. Unfortunately, the incredibly cruel big shot in town decides to forcibly take Aya from him. Kazuma hatches a plan to avenge Aya, and hopes that this time, luck is with him...

4) Kaeriuchi: Life is tough for a tough-looking guy with a reputation as a murderer. People whisper about him, and inns turn him away. Nothing will get better for him until he settles a matter of vengeance...

5) Katakiuchi Jigoku Tabi: A woman and her son go on a journey for vengeance, only to find that their quarry has died before their arrival! How can their desire for vengeance be satisfied?

6) Goyoujou: A man leaves his very pregnant wife to deliver a message. It seems to be an important message, as multiple people attempt to kill him or trick him into giving it up. What could he be carrying that is so important?

7) Onshuu: Times are changing, and the government has outlawed the traditionally accepted forms of seeking vengeance. Now people are expected to live their own lives, and not dedicate them to avenging their dead loved ones. But what will happen to people whose lives are already bound to a search for vengeance that has suddenly become illegal?

The small island of Habane has a population so small that Wakanae Akira has had the same classmates since first grade. So when a transfer student from the mainland comes to school, Akira and the rest of the class are excited. But the new kid in class, Nishigami Matsushiro, tells everyone he has no intention of making friends and tells everyone to stay away. Apparently, anyone who gets close to him dies and was named Death by his classmates in his previous school.

Akira doesn’t like Matsushiro’s attitude but gets paired with him for class representative. By just spending a little time with him she learns that he isn’t really a bad person. However, his curse becomes reality once again and Akira dies. She is allowed to return to the living world under one condition: she is bound to the island. Akira gives up her freedom to try to cure Matsushiro of his horrible curse.

One day, he was outmatched and nearly killed, and he ended up being taken in by a human girl, Akane, and her father. Yu didn't tell them he was a Trace, and let them believe instead that he was an ordinary human orphan. Now, for the first time, he has the opportunity to live with people who care for him, people who see him as a human and not a monster. Will he be able to protect his new family, and keep them from finding out what he is?

I think Trace was probably my favorite this week. I think there's a lot they could do with that story. Jidaigeki Kessakusen might also be fun if you're really into stories about ritual vengeance.
Here's what vyc had to say:
Kizuato - The mystery/horror/adult series. It really draws the reader in and makes you wanting more. The more you find, out the more questions you have. The little jabs of comedy mixed in with graphic scenes makes this a great series.

Shindere Shoujo to Kodoku na Shinigami - I really liked the concept of the story. The characters are really great especially the two main characters. I only read the first few chapters but it got me wanting to read more of what happens and how the characters change as they spend more time together.
My opinion:
Kizuato is the only manga that seemed to pique my interest. I'm curious how his dreams play into reality~
