Welcome to the next New Manga Shout Out. With the no-raws/scans rule on MH, you have to work a bit to find these mangas. This week features a god killer, a GTO spinoff, and an ex-girlfriend out for revenge. Remember, if you like any of the series, favorite them. In the world, especially during ancient times, gods existed and, even now, find their place in the world. But at times, there are mortals who, whether intentionally or not, kill one of these gods and receive the “curse” of the name “Campione” or God Slayer. Those under this curse gain the power of the god they slayed and receive the mission to obliterate any false god who attempt to take control of any local turf.

Godou Kusanagi is one such unlucky human who accidentally killed the Persian deity of victory, Verethragna, and received the powers of the god’s ten forms: Bull, Ram, Camel, White Stallion, Goat, Boar, Raptor, The Wind, The Youth, and The Warrior. But this power draws in all manner of trouble, which is inevitable since the role of a god is ultimately difficult for a human. Yet, one such “trouble” is that this enhanced status has currently attracted three ladies of powerful magic and religious backgrounds, who all wish to aid him in battle. But are they really there to aid him, or do they just wish to find love with him? And what business does the leader of the three, the magic sword-mistress Erica Brandelli, have with these heavily unorthodox activities?

There's nothing in the world more enjoyable than reading for Harumi Kazuhito. He spends his days with his head buried in books. Kazuhito is not the hero type but something came over him and he tried to subdue the robber only to get killed. When he came to, he was reborn as a dog under the care of one of the customers who was in the café that night, Natsuno Kirihime. Through some kind of connection, Kirihime can hear Kazuhito’s thoughts as a dog. Unfortunately for Kazuhito, Kirihime has a bit of a sadistic personality and a thing for scissors.

How will Kimihiro live his life with such troubles? And will Rin be able to please her new master?

After 10 years of training, two young shape-shifting dog ninja are told that they're ready to be tested in the field. They find their new owner, Mitsuyoshi, who takes them in on the assumption that they are simply lost doggies. He gives them new names--"Hanzou" and "Hadzuki." The two dog ninja are supposed to protect him from any other demons, but they must not let him learn his new dogs' true identities. Unfortunately, Mitsuyoshi met Hadzuki in her human form very early on, when she rescued him from a couple of demons. Now she's got to keep her human and dog relationship with Mitsuyoshi separate, something not made easier by constant demon threats and her growing attraction to him.

This is what tethysdust said this week:
My favorite this week was Kouboku no Keibu. I was intrigued by the mystery of the texting "police inspector." There's also two ninja manga this time, clearly targeted to girls (Wannin) and boys (Kunoichi Gakuen).
Here's what vyc had to say:
GT-R - side story to GTO. Like all of this work, it is done well and if you are a GTO fan, you will enjoy this.
Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyo - great original storyline with lots of comedy. A little bit of dark humor but i think most will like this.
Now for Midori-Mori's take on his manga:
This week, I had a pleasant read. Campione, now having its own anime, should be picked up soon, or who knows why it wouldn't! The story seems intriguing with this idea of a "God Slayer curse" and all, so I recommend at least a first chapter read! As for the one with the maid, I find it awkward, but it is worth the read at times. Please read them all please.

My opinion:
I'd probably want to check out GT-R since it's a spinoff of GTO. Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou sounds pretty interesting as well, although I wonder why the main character can hear his thoughts, and why he transferred into a dog...
