Welcome to the next New Manga Shout Out. With the no-raws/scans rule on MH, you have to work a bit to find these mangas. Miya, for some odd reason, takes a creepy interest in Ryusuke and makes him the subject of all her crazy experiments and spells.

Two schoolgirls, Kane and Takagi, are friends who (mostly) enjoy their everyday life together. However, in their world, crazy stuff out of fantasy and sci-fi is common and accepted. For instance, Kane's nuclear-shelter-bedroom is useful for hiding out when an unknown menace starts destroying houses. Also, the girls often try out new fad technology like face-hiding necklaces or elaborate meal flavored gum. They might even be found using a computer to go hang out with a friend in the afterlife. It seems like anything could be possible in their world!

When the daughter of the ruler of hell, Enma, accidentally lets 9 balls of evil loose, she is sent to the human world to clean up her own mess. In the human world, she attends the local elementary school and attempts to explain the situation to her new classmates. To her dismay, none of them believe that she's from hell, and they don't seem concerned about the free-ranging evil balls affecting the people in the community.

A little girl called Shizuka, who also transferred into the school not long ago, decides to overlook Enma's weirdness and attempts to be her friend. Soon enough, the two of them end up working and playing together as they find and seal the 9 balls of evil! But what will happen when all 9 are sealed and Enma's time in the human world is over?

A young man, called 'Bin' by his friends, works at his part-time job and lives in an unusual non-blood-related family with three women. One day, Bin runs into a stargazing young woman named Kanako. Kanako is from a particularly short-lived family, and she is desperate to experience life at its fullest before her impending death. She's determined that she wants Bin to be a part of that life, but her violent older brother has other plans. How will Bin successfully navigate his relationships with these four women, and will he ever truly understand love?

Onodera Ayumu is a regular college student who has been in a slump lately with the girls. He runs into Fujisaki Touko in the elevator and not only does she start talking to him, she seems to be incredibly attracted to him. Shocked that a big celebrity like her would even take interest in some random part time worker, Ayumu is cautious at first but can’t stop himself from taking a plunge into a romantic relationship with her.

Will Akira be able to deal with his alter ego and Yuri, keep his identity a secret, and also somehow win Toriko's heart?

This is what tethysdust said this week:
There was lots of fun manga this week. Enma-chan was definitely aimed at a younger audience, but it was a very cute story about friendship. Hoshiboshi no Utage was an interesting story, but I didn't really like the main character much. I also felt the ending left something to be desired. Tokyo Yamimushi was really action-packed and fast-paced. Dainana Joshikai Houkou was really funny. It's slice-of-life, and doesn't seem to have an overall plot (at least not yet), but each of the stories are so off-the-wall that I didn't mind.
Here's a note from vyc:
Ohanyu - a college guy gets to be sex buddies with a famous celebrity hottie. His luck with women changes and all the girls start flocking around him. Liked the plot line and the artwork is pretty good. HR Homeroom - sort of a coming of age story for teenage girls. 4koma comedy series with topics ranging from staying best friends and hanging out with teenage boys. Boku no ushiro ni majo ga iru - comedy series about sitting right in front of a self proclaimed witch in class. Being the test subject to many of her crazy spells and potions. Pretty funny and an easy read for all.
My opinion:
Enma-chan sounds kind of cute and Tokyo Yamimushi seems a bit interesting~
