Welcome to the next New Manga Shout Out. Beginning with this week I'm going to start including newly scanlated mangas uploaded on to MH along with the newly uploaded raws. Almost immediately afterwards, a man who claims to be an alien appears on a hovercraft and attempts to convince her to be an ally of justice, using a magic Lady Tail transformation unit! Saiko wants nothing to do with this crazy idea, but the strange alien is determined to persuade her! He won't stop at using the boy who dumped her, her male childhood friend Yutaka, her pretty female rival at school Yukie, or even the girl Saiko saved on the day this all began!

Following the life of the student newspaper reporter Emiko, these are scary stories of experiences from Miyako High School. Many of the stories use traditional horror story motifs. In Ubawareta Shinzou (Stolen Heart), the school's mystery club sees the dangerous consequences of an innocent promise concerning heart donation after death between two friends. In Kyuuketsu Men (Bloodsucking Mask), a girl who wears a demon mask from a shrine for a bad-luck-banishing drama club party ends up unable to remove it. In Dokuga (poison moth), the science club leader creates a serum to preserve dead bodies perfectly, but it may have other unpredicted side effects. In Henshitsu, a couple take shelter from a storm in a strange house with a secret that might prove to be deadly. These stories and many more are found in the two volumes of Kyoufu (fear).

In ancient Greece, the gods live on Olympus and watch over the daily lives of the humans that live below. Poron wants to be an amazing goddess someday, but she's inexperienced, clumsy and hasn't got a particular aptitude for any one thing. What Poron lacks in skill she makes up for with enthusiasm, and she has many adventures and mishaps amidst the other gods and goddesses of Olympus! After losing to the British in 1842, China opened up its ports to foreign lands and the city of Shanghai flourished. Yuishin Rin at a young age was sold to prostitution by her poor family where Fuutan, one of the ladies, took Rin under her wing to protect her. Rin turned out to be a very bright girl, learning several different languages and learning how to read and write, very rare for a women in that era. After many harsh trials and tribulations, Rin starts working as a waitress at a restaurant and starts moving up in the social hierarchy. Rin makes it her life goal to bring prejudice towards sexism and racism to an end but little does she know about the difficulty she is about to face.

An abandoned car is discovered near a camping ground, and inside it is the body of an unidentified middle-aged man and a dog who seems to have died months later. This is the story of the life of the loving and faithful dog Happy and his owner. Told from the dog's point of view, it follows him from his puppyhood with a peaceful family, through life's changes, and to the long journey he finally makes with his owner, who he calls "father". A second story, "Himawarisou", continues the narrative, following the caseworker Okutsu Kyousuke. As he investigates the situation above, he remembers his late family and his own dog's unfailing loyalty.

Aided by magical powers and lots of personnel, Tenrinou and Enraou, the other king, keep balance and peace in both worlds.

Kazuki is about to find out the truth about her father and how important she is to both the human world and the heavens.

This is what tethysdust said this week:
Of this week's manga, I really enjoyed Star Protector Dog. It was kind of a tearjerker, but definitely worth reading in my opinion. If you're into horror stories, Kyoufu seemed like pretty standard fare. Olympus no Poron is the absurd humor for the week.
I know Angel Beats! Heaven's Door will be popular due to the anime influence; Ryuuhou has an interesting topic and I'd like to see the story scanlated; Cyboy looks like a cute shoujo to check out and if someone is looking for a completely scanlated manga, go check out the ever popular Doraemon Long Story with all 24 volumes now completely scanlated~
