Mutou Haruka is excited to be the new red-suited ranger in a superhero program. She's especially excited to be around the pink ranger actress she admires, Saotome Hikari. However, when they change clothes in the same room, she finds out that Saotome is really a man! Saotome is none too impressed with Haruka's acting, but he's impressed enough with her body to get her to have sex with him. However, Saotome is also sleeping with a villain in the show, a dominating gravure idol who's playing a villain. Haruka's time as a suited superhero is not turning out like she expected!

Riding in on an ambulance on her first day, Hanashima Ruka is a new doctor-in-training with the emergency services of Kamakura Hospital in Kanagawa Prefecture. She's worked hard to become an emergency doctor, a dream she's had ever since her own rescue after an explosion in the subway. She never was able to learn the name of the doctor who carried her out of the rubble, but she's determined to be just like him. She knows that being a doctor in the ER will not always involve the thrilling experience of saving lives-- the ER patients have the worst and most urgent problems, and even with the best of care, many of them will die. In the company of her fellow trainees, and under the guidance of the relatively young male supervisor, Dr. Sanno, she is determined to give her patients the best care she possibly can!

This gag manga features a small, hyperactive, violent, immature middle schooler named Norio. He lives with his father, and he has two childhood friends, Yoshimura and Momomi. His friends constantly get dragged into the crazy stunts he pulls, though they try to keep him from acting up in school. It looks like joining the judo club might provide a more constructive outlet for his energy, though not even his judo matches are free from his shenanigans. Norio's school, and his father, for that matter, just don't know how to handle his wildly energetic, unpredictable, and uninhibited behavior!

Tsuzumi Sayaka wants to be a 'normal' high school girl, but she has a dirty mind that gets her constantly aroused. As a result, she feels like she lacks self-confidence, even though her butt and enormous breasts gain her a lot of attention. It seems she has to fight becoming aroused in any situation, even in teaching some supplemental lessons for her peers or trying out the judo club. Of course, not all of the situations she finds herself in are innocent--there are also men who snap photos of her butt and sketchy situations, such as the time that a shady man tried to recruit her as an 'idol.' Sayaka has a hard time navigating her high school life, but at least she has some good friends on her side to help!

In the near future, Japan has become a monarchy. The current king of Japan has created a shocking new system for decreasing crime. There is a person known as a "Trigger" in each prefecture and Tokyo. These people are allowed to shoot whoever they decide is 'evil,' whether its a violent criminal or someone who reads newspapers annoyingly on a crowded subway car. Mikami Kazuya is the Trigger of Tokyo. He wanders the city, leaving a trail of corpses of 'evildoers' in his wake. He also tries to use his homicide rights to protect his favorite restaurant, where the curry reminds him of a home-cooked meal. However, his efforts may do more harm than good to the poor restaurant. Will the Trigger system really result in a better Japan?

Kenshuui Shoujo (Resident Girl) was my favorite of this week. Ruka seemed like a very driven and competent main character.
