The story takes place in Ikebukuro, a district of Tokyo. Teenage punks gang up and fight against each other. The gangsters are afraid of an urban legend called "Dullahan", a headless rider, who rides a black motorcycle without head lights or engine sounds. Ryuugamine Mikado is a normal high school boy who seeks peculiar beings. When he moves in to Ikebukuro, a mad scramble for Dullahan's missing head breaks out.

A strange retelling of the classic story Little Red Riding Hood is interwoven with a modern day tale of political unrest. A violent anti-government association, called "The Sect", uses underage girls as conveyors of weapons and bombs. These girls are nicknamed "Little Red Riding Hoods."

The story focuses on one of these girls, Foxy Croquette O-Gin, the legendary female tachiguishi also known as Young Lady in The Red Spectacles. She's been caught by the authorities and now must deal with being forced to work as a mole.

This is a story set in the same world as the movie Jin-Roh and is part of the Kerberos Saga.

Ryou has always had a problem with his feminine appearance. As a child he was often mistaken as a girl, and to his disappointment, that didn't change even after he got to high school. One day he came up with his best idea yet for gaining masculinity; he decided to become a male idol!

His cousin Ritsuko worked in the idol industry, so she was able to get him an audition. Unfortunately for his master plan, the company decided that he would make a wonderful female idol. Now, to even have a chance at becoming a male idol, he must first become successful as a girl!

Not a lot of mangas featured this time, but there were a few that looked interesting. 8.1 definitely looks interesting as a good psychological thriller. Daiaku Ku-Nyan has some nice art although I'm not sure if I'd be interested in reading it, but since it was TLed, I'll probably check out the scanlation when it comes out... Durarara!'s coming out with an anime soon so I checked the first chapter out, although it didn't seem too interesting. It looks like more like a slice of life type manga so check it out if you like those, although I normally do... Kimi no Sei sounds like a few shoujos I've read... The Idolmaster Dearly Stars: Neue Green reminds me a bit like Brocken Blood with the whole gender bender idol thing, but I like gender benders so I hope someone translates this. *cough*boke*cough* :P
