Ren is a high school student that's a genius at academics, sports, and pretty much everything else that he tries. All the people around him despise, mock, and envy him, so the lonely Ren has convinced himself that all of them are pretty much worthless morons. The latest activity to come to Ren's attention is a strategy card game called UT (Ultimate Tactics), at which he has swiftly become a champion.

However, little does he know, the world of this card game actually exists. Right now, it is in a state of turmoil as a conqueror has begun to consolidate its many small nations. A character from the game, Kuraibu, sees through Ren's callous facade and brings him to the world of UT to become the world's True Ruler. Will Ren be able to use his UT game tactics and knowledge to conquer this world? And if he can, will he actually be the benevolent bringer of peace that Kuraibu hopes for or a vicious tyrant?

Miura Honoka led the women’s Japan soccer team to the Olympic silver medal and inspired many young girls to compete in soccer, including her own sister-in-law Rui. Miura Rui lost her mother when she was young and she looked up to Honoka because she resembled her late mother and because of Honoka’s success. Promising herself that she would be as great of a player as Honoka, she proves her soccer talent and is soon accepted to the junior league boarding school. There she meets another soccer prodigy, Sakurai Yayoi, who is new to the school just like Rui.

Mille Feuille is a teenage girl and also a world renowned thief, infamous for stealing the most precious of objects. Robin is just a regular teenage boy who is a huge fan of her and wants nothing more than to meet her. He does something that not even the police have been able to do: take a picture of her. As Mille tries to get the picture back from Robin, they collide into each other and shockingly enough, their consciousness swap places. Now every time they smash into each other, they can swap places. Mille now has to work with Robin instead of work around him, which is a dream come true for him.

Long ago, there existed two different groups of people. One had red blood and the other had blue blood. They co-existed peacefully but eventually they started to hate each other and a war broke out. The massive red blood army initially overwhelmed the blue blood but with the help of new technology developed by Kodo, the prince of the blue blood, the blue bloods were victorious. The new technology, called the Haguruma, is a powerful robot type machinery capable of devastating destruction.

As the red blood people were enslaved, Kodo saw what monstrosity his Haguruma was being used for. Helpless red blood people were being hunted down and murdered. Overwhelmed by guilt, Kodo rescued the refugee red bloods and refused to build any more machines. His father, the king, ordered him to be executed, but he barely escaped and now without a home, he must survive on his own.

A mysterious meteor-like glowing object suddenly falls from the sky, killing one of the Fuwa brothers, Ryunosuke. His sibling, Kotaro, finds his brother’s scattered remains but also finds that his brother has reincarnated into a sexy female character from a manga. Weirdly enough, the same glowing object that killed Ryunosuke was falling all over Japan. People later called it Dream Showers but no one would have guessed that it was just the beginning of a chaotic era.

Observation robot Amuria from the planet Suumeru and sorcerer Labisu from the planet Shumeria come to see a boy named Kakinuma Kosuke. They both believe that Kosuke is the next leader of their respective planet and has been sent to Earth to observe him until he performs a miracle. At the beginning, both observers see that he is very smart and hard working but realizes he lacks compassion until they see his relationship with his mother. Amuria and Labisu can see the potential in Kosuke to become a great leader and continues to watch and wait for a miracle.

Sanzenin comes from an extremely rich family, but she doesn’t get along with her classmates because of her princess personality and lack of compassion for anyone but herself. She has had countless boyfriends, but all of them leave her after seeing how she really is. Sanzenin showers them with expensive gifts, but she cannot understand why they all break up with her. She decides to ask out the class president, Saeki Takaya, a handsome and smart student but infamous for being very poor, thinking that she will be able to hold onto him because of her financial advantage. As Takaya’s warm personality starts to slowly change her, the shallow intentions that she initially had begins to turn into something real.

With her help, Rokuro joins the drama club Chiko is part of because the club members accept him for who he is and they think his accent is comedy gold. The college life that Rokuro dreamed about is just starting.

Tougo is a 15-year-old bandit who tricks people into thinking that he is a monster slayer while he robs them. He wants to be a real monster slayer but realizes that he is cowardly and that it's easier to trick people so he became a bandit. He meets Tsubame, a real female monster slayer, who was Tougo’s inspiration for wanting to become a slayer. Tsubame agrees to train him after seeing that Tougo is not completely hopeless, but will he able to become a real monster slayer?

Tsukumo are spirits that appear in objects that have been used for generations and are normally invisible to regular people. Inadoumaru Takayuki recently inherited his grandfather’s store after he passed away. His grandfather was the original owner of the store, which houses countless amounts of things with Tsukumo and he had the ability to see, touch and control the Tsukumo. The same talent has been passed down to Takayuki, but most of the spirits have not accepted him including Muramasa, the famous katana. Will Takayuki be able to keep his promise to his grandfather to take care of the Tsukumo?

Touko has never fit in anywhere whether it is in her own family or at school. Just as she was about to commit suicide, like an angel from heaven, Maria came to her rescue and pulled her out of the darkness. Maria however soon discovers that she is about to die because of some mysterious illness that is literally sucking the life out of her. As Touko stands by her helplessly, a Yakubyogami (a god of misfortune) appears and tells her he can save Maria. The only catch is that Touko has to give up what is most important to her…

Here's a note from vyc:
Lots of great series this week. Not in any particular order. Shikkoku no Neue Seele - an action comedy that is already hilarious from the first chapter. cant wait to see how the world changed. Tsukumono - want to see more of what kind of spirits there are and what they are capable of. Steal Hero - cool story line and want to see how the cowardly becomes brave. Shirokuro Shounen Kansoku - beautiful drawing and so far interesting and original story line. would like to see how the plot progresses. Kettama! - Shuukyuu Riot Girls - with the whole soccer craze going on with the world cup might interest a lot of people. Seiketsu no Haguruma - missed the first chapter but got caught up decently without it. pretty interesting story. Warau Yakubyougami - not sure if it is oneshot or not but the dark and twisted plot line is sweet. Takes a stab at the human psych.
My opinion: A few caught my eye: Guren no Tactics - I'm kind of interested in seeing how the game will affect the main character's life. The backstory for Seiketsu no Haguruma sounds really interesting and I hope someone scanlates this series. Getting more cute seinen romances like Signorina Cultivation scanlated wouldn't be too bad either~ ^^ Sowachine sounds like a cute slice of life type manga too~ Tsukumono reminds me a bit of Natsume Yuujin Chou
