After his mother's death, Miwatari Yuu returns from Tokyo to live with relatives in the city of his birth, Ousuku. Yuu is the latest of a line of Shinto priests that stretches back generations. After his arrival, he runs into a strange girl who seems to be searching for the Northern Lights. Yuu saw the Aurora as a child, though no one believed him, and his mother had told him it was the armor of the Valkyries traced across the sky. It's the year 2016 and the Australian city of Miliopolis has been overrun by gangs, violence and crime. To fight against this, the government created the MPB Task Force aka Cerebus. The agency recruited children that had physical disabilities and they were given prosthetic parts that helped them become human weapons. The elite members of Cerebus are teenage girls code named Suzutsuki, Kagerou, and Yugiri. They use advanced technology and combat capabilities to exterminate the diseases that have infested the city.

This is Tenjin Street in Hinomaru city, a normal shopping street with various stores and a shrine watching over from above the hill.

After six years, Yukimura Takashi returns to his hometown. On that day, his father takes him to the local shop community meeting, where he luckily wins a lottery. Unknown yet to him as to why everyone is so happy, Takashi is actually chosen as the new head of the shopping street community.

The head of Tenjin shopping street is not just a title. The head of the community also acts as a medium to the gods that brings good luck to everyone, a god called Ofuku-san. Although Ten-chan (Takashi) still does not relish the thought of accepting the responsibility thrown at him by his family and the previous chief, he tries his best together with his childhood friends from the neighborhood.

Kuon Mikiya is a high school freshman, who's at the top of his class and also a master hacker. His younger sister, Iria, whom he had a sister complex to had passed away 4 years ago in front of him when she got hit by a car. Ever since then, he has not forgiven himself for not being able to protect her. One day, an 18-year-old Iria appears in front of his eyes and she's here to protect him. She's from a parallel universe where there are slight differences in time and history and she's a doppel, a human capable of traveling through these different universes. Iria says that there are people looking for Mikiya and he now has a second chance to live his life with his long lost sister.

This is what tethysdust said this week:
I'm not entirely sure what direction Ibitsu will go after the first chapter, but it started out pretty interesting. I liked the matter-of-fact, but kind of twisted, way the main character reacted to situations. Wonderful T was short and pretty funny, though almost all the characters were painfully oblivious.
Here's a note from vyc:
Meteor sounds great but since there are no other chapters, it is hard to decide whether or not it is worth reading. Eulen Spiegel looks really cool with the action scenes and the pretty girls. Has lots of otaku genre stuff. X-gangar is my top pick this week. Super interesting plotline and characters. 100% Worth reading at least the first chapter. Mukuchi na Bakemono - dark comedy with an unique kind of villain. If more chapters are available, worth reading to see where the plot goes.
My opinion: This week, Celestial Clothes (a battle with gods and humans), Daisannou Shoujo (the future aspect), Last Chance - Darkside Of Dreams (reminds me a bit of Liar Game without the psychological aspect) and Mukuchi na Bakemono ha Yoru ni Naku caught my eye. Those who like Sundome will like OKADA Kazuto's new series Ibitsu.
