Welcome to the next New Manga Shout Out. With the no-raws/scans rule on MH, you have to work a bit to find these mangas, although some are really new while others not so much. Remember, if you like any of the series, favorite them. A series of stories about people with complicated issues, by the author of Hotman.

1) Dansei Shikkaku 男性失格: (Vol 1-3) While dating a beautiful older woman, the extremely nervous high-school boy, Amano Itaru, was humiliated by his inability to achieve an erection. Several years later, he has developed feelings for his close friend Yuka. Sadly, he can't bring himself to tell her because he feels that she deserves better. In the meantime, his heart is further confused by his attraction to a cute gym instructor he met by chance, Sasaki Yukari. Will Itaru be able to grow and overcome both his impotence and his feelings of inadequacy and find his way to happiness?

2) Magenta Harem マゼンタハーレム:(Vol 4-6) After falling in love with a painting, Iwasaki Shiho chose her next school, a crazy art school filled with creative students, specifically in order to meet the artist, Kuzumi Yura. When a friendly boy, Todsuka Kengo, eagerly drags her to the art club, she thinks her time has finally come! But, to her horror, Kuzumi is no longer a painter. Instead, he spends his time working with his edgy dance group and claims he has no interest in painting. Shiho feels there must be more to the story, for someone so talented, than a simple dislike for painting.

3) Monroe Joke モンロージョーク: (Vol 7-9)　Wandering around drunk one night, Kikuchi Masamune hooks up with a random woman. In their hotel room, he explains that his late father is the head of the Kikuchi Department Store, and that he wants to run away from home and become a TV producer instead of carrying on the lucrative family business. The girl, Morikawa Seira, takes this wonderful opportunity to steal a photo of his father and fake her way into the family as his illegitimate sister!

4) Hontou no Yukue ほんとうの行方: (Vol 10) Nakahara Yuta isn't very good at school, but he loves baseball and his caring parents. After he unexpectedly loses the second of those things, he finds himself living with the unsympathetic family of his father's brother. Years later, it is a miserable and damaged Yuta who enters a new school that is terrorized by the son of a yakuza, Taniguchi. Among his victims, such as the social pariah Hosaka Tomomi, Yuta finds people just as hurt as he is. Will Yuta be able to find the strength to continue to live?

An educational manga for adults by the author of the popular "Lucu Lucu" and "Wahhaman," delving into the mysteries of modern science and other curiosities. Incidentally, though some of the concepts explained are real and factual, the author occasionally engages in amusing fabrication.

Ever since he was a child, Tachibana Hideo has wanted to become a superhero like in the TV shows he watched. After he graduated from high school, he got into the Kantou Films School to chase this dream. In the summer beforehand, he managed to get a part-time job as a costumed villain for a "Crashman" heroes live show. Unfortunately, he got a little too into it, kicked the heroic "Crash Pink" in the face, and got himself fired. As he later discovered, Crash Pink was his future classmate and aspiring actress, Mutou Sakurako! Livid that he'd dare damage her precious face, she insisted that he make up for the injury, mostly by putting up with her constant efforts to torment him. But as they spend time together, could something much sweeter than mutual annoyance be growing between them?

This is what tethysdust said this week:
I really liked Message to Complex People. It was very focused on character development, and the stories in general just seem very well written. HAL was fun for the science aspect. I imagine the new Code Geass title will probably be pretty popular, though I haven't actually read the other Code Geass series. Vamos-La had some interesting not-quite-cliche characters, but keep in mind that it's primarily (as far as I have read) a school life manga, with a little bit of sports thrown in. Wanna be Hero was a cute story (though if I were him, I think I would just run from that girl!), but the art is definitely an older style.
My opinion: Only two really piqued my interest a bit and those were: C - Message to Complex People - I want to find out what happened in the stories and Vamos la!, which looks cute and I'm a sucker for stories about loners who are brought out of their shell~

As for the shout outs, I'll probably just provide shout outs for mangas with raws available since that's what most people want and I'll occassionally include mangas that have recently been scanlated, if time permits. Anyway, thanks for all the people that provided some feedback. I really appreciated the time it took for you all to let me know your thoughts.
